Mmmmm... cortados and croissants - the two best "C" words in the dictionary. Ok, that might be my own bias but if you're a fan like I am, go check out Lark Cafe in West Linn. After weeks of physical therapy just down the block from this place, on PT graduation day I decided to treat myself to a treat (or two) at Lark. The inside is cheerful, clean and pleasant, the counter easy to navigate for ordering and picking up. My cortado was perfectly made, served up in a lowball glass (thank you for glass, not paper!), with a beautiful bit of artwork on the top. The chocolate croissant was fluffy, crispy and flaky on the outside, wonderfully stuffed with delicious chocolate on the inside. Sitting inside, sipping on my cortado, getting crumbs all over the place with my croissant, it was the best graduation gift I could have given myself. PS. Cortados are not on their menu but if you want one, just ask. They were happy to accommodate my request. A cortado is a small-sized drink (about 4-5 oz.) that originated in Spain and consists of equal parts espresso and steamed milk, typically served in a small glass, not a cup. I love them.

We come from Gresham to this coffee shop every once in a while to walk around downtown West Linn. I really like it, and I've enjoyed every drink I have gotten and their Avocado Toast is super yummy! Workers are always nice from my experience too.
Delicious gluten free avocado toast (I added a hard boiled egg) and matcha latte with oatmilk and honey. My friend enjoyed her bagel breakfast sandwich and herbal tea. Plenty of big umbrellas to sit outside in the shade on a sunny morning. Friendly staff.
Good coffee, lots of seating, pleasant staff and clean. Could improve on the banana bread, no flavor, needs more spices and banana. I'd choose another food item on my next visit.
Located on West Linn's main drag. Car and Bike friendly. Good coffee. Service was fast, friendly and efficient!
